Board Members

Jean Mayer joined the Ogin Board of Directors in 2013. She is currently working as an Advisor with United Technologies Aerospace Systems (UTAS) and Bombardier Aerospace on a product development initiative. Prior to this, Jean was Engineering & Supply Chain Senior Advisor for Bombardier Aerospace, where she was responsible for defining and implementing commercial compliance processes. She previously spent 30 years with Ford Motor Company; in her last leadership role, she served as Executive Director, Asia Pacific and Africa Purchasing. In addition to extensive global experience leading organizations in supply chain and operational improvement, Jean has Board of Director experience addressing compliance issues and accomplishing positive financial turnarounds. Jean earned her MBA from Eastern Michigan University and her BBA from the University of Michigan.
